Yes, it is all compatible.

The only thing I would be aware of though is that you're buying a K series/unlocked CPU which allows you to overclock, but you're combining that with a H series motherboard which does not support overclocking. I'd recommend buying a Z series motherboard to make the most of that CPU.

Alternatively if you're not going to overclock don't buy an unlocked CPU and save some dollars.
It's compatible but a few mistakes, k series processors are for over clocking only but the board u licked won't over clock. If you dont want to oc then drop to a 4690 non k if you do change to a z97 series board. That power supply is of very poor quality as well use the psu tier list on these forums to pick a better quality one
