Is this build compatible

Hey guys,

Just wanted to quickly ask if this build i'm thinking about is all compatible.

Mobo: MSI Z370 Gaming M5 Motherboard
CPU: Intel Core i7 8700K
CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken X42 140mm AIO Liquid CPU Cooler
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 Turbo OC 8GB
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX CMK16GX4M2B3000C15 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4
PSU: Seasonic Prime Ultra Titanium 850W Power Supply
SSD: Samsung 960 EVO NVMe M.2 500GB SSD
Case: SilverStone Primera PM01 RGB Edition Matte Black

Also just wanted to ask if there were any other mobos that were higher quality than the one above but no more then $150 extra. The store I'd be getting it would cost me $279. Obviously would have to be compatible aswell.

I would get a different case, different cpu cooler

as for the mobo there is you could get the asus z370 hero X but the asrock tachi is also a top tier motherboard.
