Yep, it is compatible. If you have not bought it yet I would recommend getting a little faster RAM as the 1600 scales very well with higher RAM speed. But everything will work.

Are your ram two separate sticks or 2x4 gb in a pack?
I will get a more modern PSU like Corsair CX450/550, DC-DC and has better protections/regulations than old S12II model
For GTX 1060 3gb, you may want to look into RX580 4gb as well, especially if your monitor has freesync.

unfortuantely i cannot find any 4gb 3000mhz rams in my country. i was planning on getting 2 of these

i called the store directly and the clerk told me both those items went out of stock and that the website just wasn't updated, so ill have to pick from the rest

If not Seasonic S12II, if sold out, Thermaltake Smart SE 530... it is ok unit which I won't recommend in most cases, but better than VS junk.
