Is this build correct?

I made this build on a budget as you may have noticed (first one i ever made) and i wanted to know if everything was correct and wanted to know some recomendations like things that i should change so its better in the long run. I want to use this pc for media and gaming but just like gta v, black ops 3 and some minecraft pvp lol not so fancy stuff.

Edit: Also want it to be kinda quiet because family xd

no more of $600 not including peripherals

Maybe the 1060 3gb instead of the 1050 ti, not quite sure what the prices are over there but I would make that investment atleast. That might be over your budget though.
