[SOLVED] Is this build decent?

Solution
The 1151 socket is now last gen, the new socket 1200 is now out. The i5's are now 6 core 12 thread, so a bit more longevity compared to the 9700f's locked 8 cores.
For an intel rig, this is how I'd do it:

Your build could work, but, I think you can do better.
The new I5-10600K costs less and will be a better gamer.

Here is a review:

You will want a Z490 based motherboard and a cooler.
Noctua makes some of the quietest and easiest to install coolers.
You can install any one you want.
The best might be the NH-D15s, but the NH-U12s would be ok.

Stick with known brands for the ssd.
A 1tb Intel 665P is $115

Defer on the hard drive until you actually need the space. And.... 5400 rpm HDD drives are slow.

I like the case, graphics and the psu.

The asrock z490 boards are cheaper, but they also throttle and overheat like mad, so the prime and a-pro are the cheapest I'd go
The phanteks amp psu is just a rebadged seasonic focus plus, so still an excellent psu

On the flipside, and AMD build would be similar but with little slower 8 core 16 thread chip instead:
