That cpu was released almost a year ago so the odds of having to update your bios are slim and even if you did that board includes Gigabyte Q-Flash Plus meaning you can update that boards bios without having to install the cpu & RAM beforehand. Use a FAT32 usb flash drive for that.

You can also update the bios in windows using the Gigabyte control centre.

That cpu was released almost a year ago so the odds of having to update your bios are slim and even if you did that board includes Gigabyte Q-Flash Plus meaning you can update that boards bios without having to install the cpu & RAM beforehand. Use a FAT32 usb flash drive for that.

Looks fine. Not sure how accurate the speeds on there are, but there are faster ssd's cheaper, like the WD Black.

Not sure you would really see any real-world difference unless you were moving a lot of files about though.
