Is this build going to be okay for overclocking?

Hi! I'm new to overclocking and such and I was wondering if this will be good enough to overclock the CPU to about 4.5GHz. Also what would be the highest clock speed I could go with this equipment.

You could probably get up to 4.6. Also a few tips for overclocking, never use auto overclocking, and if you do, make sure to bump down the voltage when you've achieved the desired voltage as far as its stable (more voltage= more heat, and usually automatic programs use too much). Don't mess with any settings other than the ones you know about, you really only need to use voltage and clockspeed.

Not much further, maybe 4.8, hard to say since every CPU and voltage setting is different.
