And im not sure about PSU at the moment,i have a bit of money for GOLIATH IG7700L 700W which i doubt its good.
 
Solution
Bump that motherboard up to an MSI Pro B660m-a. That board has poor VRM configuration, and will not allow you to get the most out of that CPU. Do not skimp on the PSU quality. That one should be avoided.
Got to agree with Logainofhades, the MSI motherboard choice is just straight out better and yes even if you have to pay a bit more for a better PSU it will pay of in the long run, and it does not need to be 700w. A good 550 to 600w will more than do the job.
