technically it will work but you need to change some things anyway :

get ryzen 1600 instead of 1500x (2 more physical cores / 4 more threads total for very little extra money)

faster memory (you need at least 3000MHz cl16)

more powerful graphics card would also be nice (gtx 1050Ti)

change the psu:
VS is a poor quality : get at least CXM or TX corsair .

yes this is much better .
you should also get some ssd
(at least 120 gb ideally 240-275gb if you have some money left)
