my budget is 500 i have added a case in the build and i am now over my budget at 529 so i cant aford any more money lol

Did you add a heat sink and power supply in your budget, http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/HT46kL. That's the best I can do with your budget but if you don't need psu and heat sink you have another 55 to add to the gpu
