Is this build good and will it be able to run The Witcher 3?

Hello all,

I need some help on building a gaming pc. I created one on IBUYPOWER to give me an idea if I decide to build my own. Is my build good? If not tell me what I need to add or get rid of. I want to play games like Crysis, Far cry 3, BF4 and The Witch 3 on it if possible. Do I need a surge protector? Do I need a liquid cooling system or a air cooling system? I have done a lot of research but I am still confused about a lot of this pc gaming equipment.

Thanks

That's super pricey for those parts. When you throw in shipping, you're gonna be overpaying by quite a bit for a build that isn't as good as it could be for the price you're paying. You would be much better off just assembling it yourself, especially when you can get something like this.

Paying $1800 for a computer with 1 GPU? Not even the top of Nvidia's line at that?

Come on man, don't do this. You can build your own PC with the help of a 10 minute youtube video. It will cost you a little more than a grand.

Can save 100 bucks and go with the i5 instead, but what he listed is in fact a completely viable build and superior across the board to what they were offering you.

I don't prefer the keyboard and mouse he listed, and I suggest you pick those for yourself based on your tastes, but everything else there is completely legit.

Christ, I didn't even see that iBuyPower was trying to shove an AMD cpu up your arse for 1800 as well in that machine they're selling. Wow... no.

Okay, after reading your comments I have decided to build it myself. Thanks
