This is the parts list I want to create a PC from:

It also includes Radeon RX 480 which is yet to be released, for now I've set it to 200$ as a custom part, change is price can be adapted.

The software I'll be using: Adobe Photoshop, Hitfilm 4 express
Stuff I'll be using this for: Photo and video editing, homework, and watch YouTube videos.

Note: I'm from India, rebates and shipping charges reduced won't help. <900$ would be the base price.

$900 is nearly INR60,000. What you get for INR60,000 here is different from what you can get for $900 in USA
