Pc specs :
Fx 6300 3.5ghz
8Gb ddr3 ram
Gtx 1060 3gb
Msi 970 gaming motherboard
Win 10

Are these specs enough to run games like witcher 3 , gta v , fifa 18 and o ther upcoming games without lag and with good graphics at 1080p
Btw I know the cpu bottlenecks the gpu but it won't be much of an issue right?and no I cannot over clock it since I cannot afford the cooling

Assuming you are talking about 1080p resolution, with GTA V you should get close to 60FPS, but with Witcher 3, expect closer to 45-50FPS. I'm not sure about FIFA 18 as that game is never benchmarked by hardware review sites (those sports type games are more popular with console users than PC users). Same with other games or upcoming games in not knowing how it would perform.

Nobody has ever reviewed your combination of CPU and GPU, so there are no real world comparisons. It's a five year old processor and it's just no longer compared. I do know that in old reviews it was equal to an i5 2500K in some games, but in other games far inferior. Example here from 2012 from Anandtech using a GTX 680 with 1680x1050 resolution which had about...
