the specs are good for 1080p gaming, but you should save yourself some money and get an i5 6500 instead. Your motherboard does not support overclocking which is the only reason you would want to spend more on a k cpu. To overclock you need a -k cpu AND a z170 chipset motherboard.

You need a 'Z' motherboard to make use of the 6600k overclocking abilities (multiplier unlock). Either get a Z170 mobo, or an i5 6500.
Make sure you get fast RAM (2666 upwards i'd say)
What is your PSU?

GPU is good, although you could drop to a i5 6500 and maybe look to a 1070 if budget stretches

It's fine. However pairing a K series processor and a B150 board is a little bit of a waste since you lose the overclocking potential. In your shoes I would skip the K series processor and Hyper 212 and use an i5-6500 and stock cooler. You can take the money saved and get a better GPU like a 1070, an SSD if you don't already have one in the budget, a better monitor (depending on what you already have), or just consider it money saved.

Yes almost ideal if you dont want to overclock (you should make it at least possible with z170) but you may get high temps on ultra settings with that cooler, although probably not terribly, and as for future games you wont be able to play in high quality as you will basically max out now with current high demand games.

The 212 is more than capable. My 6600k never gets about 50 in gaming with a H60. Seeing as the general consensus is that the 212 is better than most AiO's under the H80, I'd say it'll be fine.

I don tlike tower coolers, but that's personal opinion.

I personally think an overclocked processor is not worth the increase in cost associated with buying a "Z" board, an aftermarket cooler, or the unlocked processor at this kind of a budget. Instead the money is better spent on a better GPU or monitor. Once you get to GTX 1070 levels of performance or better then an unlocked processor begins to make a little more sense.

Yes 550w is fine, assuming it is a high quality unit that can deliver the rated power under realistic scenarios.

Not ideal, I wouldn't overclock on it. But an i5 and a 1060 is pretty lightweight so as long as it doesn't get too hot it should be okay. Lifespan would concern me. If you haven't bought it yet perhaps look into something like the Seasonic S12II 520 for a good cheap unit.

A warning. The fan profiles on the s and m seasonics are awful. Not just load, but heat related. I know power draw is low, but even at 250-300w the fan noise can well exceed case fan noise. Awful.
