Hey guys thanks in advance for your help in advance!!
This will be my first time building a custom PC for Video Editing in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. I usually use footage taken on a Sony A7 SII, GoPro Hero 6 black, iPhone X, and just got a new DJI Mavic Zoom. I usually shoot either 60 FPS at 1080P or 120 FPS at 1080P, but would like to somewhere in the near future shoot in 4k so build something that can handle this also. My biggest concerns are if my PC build will be able to playback smoothly on the timeline without dropping frames when I add effects for transitions such as reversing / luma keys / zooms on top of doing some color grading. I would also like to be able to render previews fairly fast if I need to which has been the case when I use warp stabilizer right now on anything or try to add effects to my drone footage. Exporting time isn't as big of an issue for me as I don't mind waiting, just want to make sure workflow doing cuts / edits runs smoothly. I don't plan on shooting any higher than 4k in the near future so don't need anything that's going to be for 6k or 8k. I'm confused as to which matters more for my needs, more cores or faster cores & if I add in a good graphics card if more cores will still matter & if the graphic card I'm getting is overkill for what I'm trying to do? Is a DDR4-3000 more than fast enough and is 32 GB of ram enough? Will i need to get a wireless internet card for either of these builds or will it be able to connect to wifi without needing to buy it?

Thanks again for taking the time to read my post! All help would be greatly appreciated. I also was considering using AMD but from most of the research I've done it seems like Adobe suite has been favoriting intel CPU's.
