Just wanted to check before I purchase this build that it will be suitable for playing Skyrim on ultra whilst playing with many mods. Also if it will run many other games with high graphical settings.

Yes, that build will handle Skyrim with mods easily, just make sure the mods themselves will be compatible together.

It's a overkill for skyrim. I don't recommend getting the windows if it's not the oem key from g2a. Everything is a high level stuff. About the ram , I would go corsair or g.skill. Also try to get a better ssd , if not then sandisk will be enough but corsair is the best in my opinion. Hope that I helped.

I'd stay away from those keys from G2A.

Just buy it outright or download from MS and run unactivated until you purchase it.

Ahh perfect, glad it is a good build. Credit goes to hellfire however. Thank you all for the feedback! I will look into a different RAM and SSD, other than that thank you all for your feedback!
