Hello all,

I wanted to make a new rig and wanted your opinions to see if it can play games on like med/high settings. Some of the games I play are: Fortnite, Destiny 2, CS Go, League of Legends, etc. My build is below:

Intel i5 4600 - 3.6 GHz or should I opt to the i5 4400 2.8Ghz?
GTX 1060 6GB
16GB RAM DDR4 - Corsair
EVGA 500W PSU
Samsung SSD 500GB
Hyper Evo 212
Gigabyte GA-B250M-DS3H Mother board

For monitors, I'm currently using a standard 60Hz one. Would getting a new monitor with 75Hz or 144Hz really make that much of a difference? I just really want to play my games smoothly on some high frames.

Thank you guys

Stick with the 4600, get the 6GB version of 1060, and you don't have enough graphics power to exceed 60Hz really (though it depends on the games you play). High refresh displays only make a difference if you get high enough FPS in games to match their Hz rating, and that takes a more expensive GPU.
