IS this build good enough?

I've decided to go for following build : https://in.pcpartpicker.com/list/Pn3bd6 with MSI GTX 1070. I've read that 2 RX 480s in Crossfire can beat a single GTX 1080. So I was wondering whether I should go for couple of RX 480s rather than a GTX 1070. The price difference overall would be hardly 4-5k INR (maybe its 50-60$)

That seems like a very nice build, if you don't want to go with a crossfire setup, you can use a smaller PSU. I think that really comes down to preference, I would always prefer one faster card vs two. Less heat, less power and just less things that can go wrong. Down the road consider adding a SSD to your system, they make wonders for overall performance.

For PSU how'll be Corsair CX Series? Or should I stick with EVGA?

RX 480 CrossFire is not the "Magical solution to all your problems" thing, it has some important drawbacks, such as :
1) It's an AMD card, so it does not supports GameWorks by nVidia and most games aren't optimised for it,
2) There are some CrossFire related problems :
-2 times more heat
-first card is right next to the second one so it's hotter
-two times the price of a single card for less than two times more performance
-you need a crossfire ready motherboard and a beefy PSU
-2 times more fan noise
-bad optimisation in some games such as Watchdogs 2, where you have LESS performance than with a single card
-much more problems...

Think twice before doing this.

Guess I'd just go with GTX 1070 now !

Yah sli and crossfire not as cool and popular as it use to be. trust me last thing i had sli was tri-sli with 3 580 gtxs. So many problems i sold one and had regular sli with 2 580s. Now i have a Msi Ek X 1070 liquid cooled with Samsung memory oced +210 and +800 on mem. 35 c

I tried to put a pair of triple slot GTX580 in SLI. That did not go well, ended up having to water cool them with AIO because there was literally no airflow for the top card, and no GPU blocks available. Good times.

SLI 980s worked pretty well for older titles, then we had the Pascal release, down to 2-way only. And there are already games coming out that do not support SLI or Crossfire. Unreal Engine 4 is a good example, and you can be assured a lot of games will use that engine. DX12 offers multi-GPU support, but it is up to the game developers to implement at a lower code level.

Since it is a tiny minority that use crossfire and SLI it will be the first development goal to get cut out of the budget on upcoming development.
