Is this build good enough to able to play most popular Triple-A games at High/Ultra settings?

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X (with stock cooler: AMD Wraith Prism)
GPU: Asus GeForce RTX 2060 ROG STRIX OC
PSU: Corsair RM850x, 850W PSU
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200MHz 16GB
Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX X470-F GAMING
Case: Phanteks Enthoo EVOLV ATX
SSD ( C: ) Samsung 970 Evo Plus 500 GB M.2
SSD #2 ( D: ) Samsung 970 Pro 1 TB M.2

Solution
A little overkill on certain things.

You can run that entire pc from a decent 550w psu, 850w is way overkill and not as good when most of your load is only 30ish% of capacity. Even with OC, your entire pc will only be gaming at @ 300-350w.

The 970 Pro 1Tb is slightly faster and stronger than the 512Gb version, which is kinda backwards, the OS drive should be way faster than what's used for long term storage. If anything, go for the Evo Plus version of the 970 1Tb, you'll loose no performance and it's considerably cheaper.

July 7th is the proposed public debut of the Zen2, Ryzen 3000 series, might want to wait on that before dropping $1500.

This would be me with your budget if I was buying now.

What resolution?

I'd take the Vega 56 over the RTX 2060.

Why the 970 EVO & Pro? Not really cost effective.

Budget?
- Resolution: 1920x1080 (1080P)

- For some reason, I pick RTX 2060, just for the good measures or something.

- I was thinking about it and I came to a conclusion. That I gonna choose C: as 970 Pro (512 GB) and D: as 970 Pro (1 TB)

- Budget: 1500 USD

Solution
For $1500 I think you can do a bit better. This build is a bit overkill for 1080P but would last quite awhile. I went 2700 & Aftermarket cooling since it would be cheaper and the Scythe is dead silent as well as better for cooling, plus you'll be able to overclock to at least 2700X speeds if not faster on all cores. Will the money saved on the SSD (the 660P is no slouch and performs great for the price) it allows you to get the 2070 which is a killer 1080P/1440P GPU. The initial budget of this build goes slightly over your budget but goes down after promos and MIR's and allows you to get 32gb of memory in dual channel which should last quite awhile.
