I am 13 years old and planning to build a pc this winter. I just wanted to check if this build is good for gaming cuz I am new to pc building. I am hoping to get about 60 FPS at games at about high to ultra settings.

Well for 600 you won't get max settings.

Here's a better, more well rounded build.

Intel Core i3-4160 - $120
8GB Crucial Ballistix Memory - $45
MSI H81M-P33 - $50
GTX 960 - $200
NZXT Source 210 - $40
Antec VP-450 Power supply - $35
WD Blue 1tb - $55
Crucial 128gb ssd - $55

That's gonna run you 600 bucks and frame locked to 31fps on high you should have a stutter free experience.

Something like this may be a better choice-
