After reading a lot about computers and googling many forums.

I am confused between two builds

1)fx-6300 amd[cpu]
radeon7750 1gb gddr5[gpu]
G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 8 GB 1333 mhz

2) a10 6800k amd [apu]
**no discrete GPU**
G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) PC RAM 2133 MHZ
I Understand that an APU needs a very fast ram.

Could somebody please tell me which one is better for gaming.

which one of these builds would give me better fps.

#games-i-might-try-- fifa 14, gta5, firstperson shooters

BUDGET IS 530$ inclusive of everything.( cpu, gpu, mobo, ram, psu, case, keyboard&mouse, dvd)

Solution

No idea of your pricing. Perhaps a 7790?
The first build will give you better gaming performance. I'd give the toms guide "best gaming cpu for the money" for a good look ant how different procs stack against each other price\performance wise. In my opinion an entry level intel i5 is worth saving your pennies for.

The 7750 is better at gaming then the IGP found in that APU. To my knowledge no one has put out an APU better then the 6670. Because it's the GPU that renders the screen, when gaming you need a strong one. I to would suggest the first build, though both are fairly weak/low end builds.

As good as the apu graphics are, I would not go that way, even for a budget gamer.
The graphics card is more important than the cpu.
If you have a combined cpu/gpu budget of $250, split it 1/3 for the cpu and 2/3 for the graphics card.
A X4 Athlon 750K @$85 or a G2130 and a 7850 or GTX650ti boost @$170 would be a better combination.

Actually here in India the 7850 sells for ~215$ , way above my budget.

You know that amd processor is not a bad choice when on a budget. I would try to look at a higher end graphics card though. That being said your first build is not a bad one as long as being stuck around medium settings and or a lower resolution (modern titles) is fine for you.

will it give me 30+fps on low to medium settings/low-res ( modern titles )??

Thanks for your opinion,people.
Unfortunately amd 760k & 750k are not available in my area, so im pretty much stuck with the fx-6300.

Could someone suggest a mobo with usb3 and SATA 3 for the am3+ socket? around 60-65$
As of now, i have chosen Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Motherboard.(no sata3)
