I'm gonna get a budget gaming pc, is this build good?
Intel SOCKET 1151 DDR4
Intel i3-7100 3.9 GHz s1151
ASROCK H110M-HDV
RAM 4GB DDR4 2133 KINGSTON H
1TB SEAGATE 64MB SATA3
DeepCool GAMMAXX S40
RAIDMAX RX-500AF-B
Palit Nvidia GT730 2GB DDR5

Solution
No. many issues with that build.
1. H110 boards require a bios update to work with the 7th gen cpus and most boards do not come with the updated bios and the system will not post without it.
2. 4Gb is not enough to run many newer games smoothly
3. That PSU is a fire hazard. Raidmax=Garbage
4. The GT 730 is a very poor gaming gpu

Here is the cheapest gaming build I'd reccomend
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel - Pentium G4560 3.5GHz Dual-Core Processor ($59.48 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: ASRock - B250M-HDV Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($62.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: G.Skill - Ripjaws 4 series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory ($59.92 @ Amazon)...
