So my question is if those parts will work together and have good perfomance i already have asus gtx 750 2gb. Either of the would be ok. But the PSU are not the best. Where are you going to buy them, how much is your budget and where do you live?

I live in cyprus and im going to buy them from eshop this is the best market in cyprus i bought from them many good things and they are really good. my budget is 400-480Euro

I's select the first build with the G550M PSU for the longer warranty (5 years vs 3 years). If budget is an issue, you could buy the motherboard from the other build since it won't make a performance difference.

You should aim for i5-4460, with your budget there is no need to buy an i3.

Changed motherboard so you could have two extra ram slot for future upgrade, and another PCIEx16 available (it might be useful with directx12.

XFX and Seasonic have better PSU on the market. From Cooler Master only the V series are really good. 450w is much more than what you need.
