Is this build good?

Hello! I am currently buying a new gaming pc and I´ve picked some parts:

2TB Seagate Desktop HDD 7200rpm 64MB

Intel Core i7 4770K 3.5 GHz (Haswell)

Corsair 16GB (2x8GB) CL10 1600Mhz VENGEANCE LP RED

Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

Sapphire Radeon R9 290X 4GB (Hawaii XT)

Corsair Carbide 200R (Case)

Corsair RM 750W 80+ Gold

ASUS DVD±RW DRW-24F1ST Black

Samsung SSD EVO Basic 840-Series 250GB

MSI Z87-S02 motherboard

So will these parts fit together? Have I choosen a good case and cooler for the graphic card? Will I be able to max every game with a frequent FPS around 60-100?

You won't max every game and get 60+fps. Crysis 3 is a very demanding game. At max settings, you can get 25fps average on a R9 290X.
But the R9 290X is a great card for 1080p.

You are very wrong.
290x can easily manage 60fps on crysis at max settings.
The build can max out all games at 1080p or even 1440p.

By max settings, i meant maxing the Anti Aliasing. Of course you can max the games if you tone down or turn off AA

With full aa I get around 50 fps which isnt bad 😉
