1) Is the CPU going to bottleneck GPU
2) Is the PSU good enough for the CPU/GPU and potential overclocking
3) Does the Motherboard support the CPU/GPU i chose
4) Is there any problems/potential problems with this setup

I'd go for a intel build, AMD CPUs are getting old now and intel core i5 performs a lot better for the same price.

Switch that PSU to a seasonic PSU, corsair CX series are extremely budget friendly but that comes with a cost, they are made of extremely cheap parts.... Any of seasonic's psus are good. (Also, corsairs top dollar PSUs are made from seasonic parts.)

what's your budget? I can build you something better with some of the parts you have in your build.

I already own the PSU and the intels are atleast 100 dollars more expensive then the amd setup I chose. I do not need more cpu performance as it gives what I need for bf3 (which is what i mainly play)

everything looks good but I recommend getting an 990FX motherboard and don't go with corsair cx psu as they are bad quality look for something made by XFX or antec.
