Some guy told me that my old motherboard didn't have a F5 BIOS so I just got one.
I just want to know if I should change anything on the build before I start ordering,
one of my biggest concerns is if I will be able to use the PC a lot like almost all day without overheating or will it overheat? I will play Arma 3 and Minecraft mostly, Arma 3 uses a lot of CPU power so I was wondering if it will overheat or not

Give me good answers not just "Thats a good build" please

The build looks fine, I don't see why anything would overheat considering you have proper cooling.

The 980 isn't necessary, a 970 would be cheaper and give you just 10 frames less on average, so unless you are at 1440p (at 1440p SLI 970's would be better), one 970 is more than enough.

Change the TIM. MX-4 or MX-2 would be better (no cure time).
Very high end and fine built, though you could cut down to an i5 and a 970 and then get a SSD instead. i7's don't have much benefit over i5's in gaming. 980 is good, but 970 is a better card for price/performance. your cooler will be more than good enough, it comes with its own thermal paste, so you don't really need to buy an extra.
