Is this build good?

This is my first build so I could totally be screwing this up haha. Is this good for a medium amount of gaming and 3d modeling? Are there any major bottle necks? Is this future proofed for the next 3-5 years?

Its a good build . You will play even demanding games like BF4 on high settings and 1080p resolution

Thanks for the reply. That's good, my plan is to be able to max out or close to max the settings on gtav with a 27" 1080p monitor. I did, the build comes in at $600
