Is this build good ???

CPU : i5 4690
Mobo : Gigabyte B85-HD3 rev 2.1
GPU : MSI GTX 970 4GB
PSU : XFX TS series 650 W
Hard drive : WD blue 1TB
RAM : Kingston Hyper X Fury 8 GB
Case : Cooler master k281

I wanna know if those components are compatible with each other.
NOTE : I'm not planning to overclock anything, that's why I didn't buy CPU cooler.

Unfortunately, I've already bought this motherboard.
And I double checked the BIOS an it works with haswell refresh processors out of box.
So, ist it going to affect the performances of the build incredibly?
