Will I be getting 60fps on most titles with 1080p on high settings?

1080p 60 fps on high? no. gtx 970 can do that.

Depends on the game, the 750Ti is a decent card and will do 60 on numerous titles - on high is questionable (edited as missed the high) the rest looks good for most games
