Is this build good

Solution
$11 cheaper. I recommend getting the RX480 or GTX1060 instead of paying $300 for a GTX970. That would allow you to get an i5.

I dont want to hear about how the FX is a bad cpu. Im just wondering how this potentially would handle the newest AAA titles.

Is this a trick? You can't ask us our opinion of the build and then tell us we can tell you the truth.

I think you know the answer already. The FX8350 would perform similarly overall to the i3 6100 even though the i3 would beat it in most games.

The motherboard and psu in particular are not very good. The motherboard would throttle the 8350 down to 1.4ghz under loads.

To actually answer your question, it would perform very poorly in all games.

Can you change the cpu gpu and mobo, send me the pcpartpicker list and not make it cost more? While only buying from NewEgg.com?

Honestly I don't know why you are doing with a bad monitor? There are 1080p monitors that are cheaper then 85 dollars and are 1080p rather then being 900p. I'd suggest going over budget and getting a RX 480 or 1060. Why not go with a MATX board and case? The PSU that CTurbo is a bit overkill but is fine; but there is a same brand PSU for cheaper but you get less watts. I highly suggest getting a SSD. Some of these options add quite a bit of performance but do cost more money.
