Here is a good i3/1060 3GB build that would wipe the floor with the AMD build.

If you want to video edit a lot, swap the i3 for a i5-6500 and change the 1060 3GB to a 1050 Ti when it comes out.

About processor is not an i3 too week?

Here is a build with a quad-core i5 and 16GB of RAM. I tried to fit a unlocked i5 in there but that would have been 650 euros minimum.
