Is this build good?

Solution
Your funds are spent very inefficiently. I cringed at the almost $300 being spent on unnecessary cooling.
You could even get a GTX 1080 and be in the $1300 budget.

do you know how well this build you suggested will perform, and I didn't notice any case fans so how will this computer stay cool

I would say around 80fps at your current resolution, as the 1070 can max out titles at 60fps 2k.
The case comes with 2x120mm fans, which may not provide much airflow, but you can buy cheap, high quality fans which will more than adequately cool your computer. The cheapest fan which I've had running on a NAS (24/7) for years is this one: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/zJckcf/cougar-case-fan-cfv14s It doesn't have LED lights or anything but it will definitely get the job done. I would say getting 2 of these, put them in the front sucking air in, and get the other 2 factory fans, put one on the back blowing out, and one on the top blowing out. The other brand I would recommend is Silenx, which is a bit more expensive, but they are of high quality (sometimes even completely metal) and deliver A LOT of airflow, but isn't really needed. The 6700k runs fairly cool and the 1070 doesn't heat up much.

Solution
If you are willing to spend all of that $1300, this is the best you can get.
> Fastest SSD/VIDEO CARD/RAM, and a build to last you 4-5 yrs atleast.
