Major usage? Gaming? cooler a little bit too weak. coffee lake 8th gen I5/I7 will be better choice. No SSD? My edits for the same budget.

If it's for gaming, Vapour's build on the i5 is a better choice.
Intel performs better compared to AMD on gaming, specially because it clocks higher.
