Hey guys, it's time for me to upgrade my rig. I need some opinion or suggestion.

GIGABYTE H370 AORUS GAMING 3 or ASUS TUF B360-PLUS GAMING or
Asrock Fatal1ty B360 Gaming K4 or MSI B360 GAMING PLUS
INTEL® Core™ i5 8500 or i5 8400
Corsair VENGEANCE® RGB - (2x8GB) DDR4-2666
or Geil Super Luce (2x8GB) DDR4-2666
MSI Geforce Armor RTX 2070 8GB DDR6
Corsair CX Series CX650M 650W

Right now I'm torn between B360 board or H370 board.
Is there any difference pairing i5 8400 with RTX 2070?

I would like to hook them with 24" monitor. not fancy playing on big screen.
Any answer will be appreciated.

The build mostly makes sense, but I would suggest faster memory, maybe 2933MHz or 3000MHz, and I would also not pair an RTX 2070 with an i5. Rather, I would suggest a GTX 1070 or an RX 590 (when it comes out) / Vega 56. Either motherboard should be fine though, they're similar enough, it really doesn't matter, especially with a locked CPU.

Can i know why wouldn't you suggest pairing rtx 2070 with i5?

Pairing a mid-range non overclockable CPU with a higher end GPU is illogical due to potential bottlenecking and especially with current RTX stability issues, I would avoid the 2070 for now.
