Now, I dont want to be rude or bash anybody or be that guy whos all "mines better than yours". So sorry Shamar, yes, mine does offer more performance. Sure, its $80 more , but you could always just exchange the 290X for a 290, and it would still me way better.

The Xeon E3 listed above is basically an i7 and has hyperthreading. Yes you can overclock the 4690K but it wont be more powerful than the Xeon.

16 gigs isn't really needed yet anyway.

You will also like the case and PSU a lot better and overall will make it an easier build.
