-Memory too slow for Ryzen.

-Locked motherboard.

-No SSD.

That being said it would probably handle most games on medium settings @1080P/80hz but you could probably do a bit better if you built it yourself.
What about this https://www.freshtechsolutions.co.uk/amd-ryzen-2600-240gb-ssd-8gb-ddr4-gtx-1060-6gb-blitz-gaming-pc.html?gclid=CjwKEAjw__fnBRCNpvH8iqy4xl4SJAC4XERPu4SToxiY_xDA8tYlQXyWbf86PvICjLCBwQG4_JvfJxoCkF3w_wcB im not really planning to upgrade my pc so it shouldnt be aproblem for the mobo to be locked also this one has an ssd

It's that 2400mhz that bugs me the most. Depending on the game the difference between 2400mhz and 3200mhz could be as high as 20 FPS.
Damn thats so annoying as i cant find any PC's for a normal price with a 3000mhz ram and gtx 1060+ ryzen 2600/1600, any suggestions? I dont want to build my pc as last time i built a pc there was too many occuring problems and i cant be bothered to deal with that again.

Memory doesn't impact Intel as much as AMD and since your not overclocking I'd get the 9400F, 16gb DDR4 & a 1660 6gb if within budget, came up with this.

If too expensive go with the 1060 6gb or RX 580. A SSD is nice to have but you can always add it in later or find a prebuilt with one.

Updating isn't too difficult as there's usually a few different ways but the board may have been updated prior to being shipped from the manufacturer. If it hasn't been then the 9400F won't work at all (no display).
What do you think i should do then, pay twice as much for a motherboard not requiring an update or...?

Your missing a GPU and without one there won't be a display since the 9400F doesn't have a integrated one. The BQ is ok but I'd really push for a Seasonic Focus Gold or EVO.
Yeah i know i miss a GPU, im just gonna use my current gtx 1050 for a while and then upgrade to a 1060 6gb after a few weeks what do you think of that?
