go for a 550W quality unit

few changes :

ssd-try crucial mx300 275gb
HDD- wd blue 1tb
gpu-y the old 970? the rx470 can beat that. try the new rx 570/580
psu- evga g2 650w, rosewill capstone, xfx ts, seasonic g, fsp hydro x or 750w in case u wanna use multi gpu.[wouldnt recommend it. sell ur current n get a new one]

would really suggest a ryzen 1600 build...
