If your using the 2700x like your above comment you should be fine. I would downgrade the PSU to a 650 watt or 550 unless your doing serious overclocking because 850 isnt needed, even for the most powerful pcs.

-if its 2700X get b470 board. also thats way to big PSU get something around 650 or less.. 850 is just too much.
-you can skip RGB ram and get RGB case fans or RGB strips, they are cheaper and looks a lot cooler and RGB is a lot more visible.
-2TB HDD is more than enough unless you know u need that much space.
- you can also get a cheaper case and spend that money on getting M.2 Nvme but that personal preference i keep my rig under table can only see its front, so i get cheapest case i can get with good ventilation
