Is this build okay?

I have a pc with an amd fx 6300, a gtx 750ti, a 600w power supply and a ga 78lmt mobo. I also have 2 250gb hdd's. Can I run some modern games at medium resolution?

simple answer is no. the FX6300 is a very very underpowed chip. and while it wont bottleneck your 750Ti it wont be able to push too many frames

Most games yes. A few games it will strugle a bit but the majority of games your just fine at mid settings.

720p will most likely be the resolution. What would you suggest I use that has an am3+ processor? Also, will it be able to run gta v and minecraft and over watch?

FX-6300 is about equivalent to a 3rd generation i5 (i5-3570K). It will still hold up especially for low resolution monitors but no way would I try it on anything higher than 1080P.
