It will work but if you can spend more money get the I5-6600k and a z170 MB with a good cooler like a cooler master 212 EVO.

OC'ing isn't really needed depending on budget and monitor resolution. For 1080P it most definitely isn't, but if you're going to upgrade to 4K you definitely want that extra horsepower.

That case only comes with one fan so buy another and add to the back of the case blowing out. Everything else looks OK.
