Is this build Stable??

On the bottom of the website it says that

Some AMD 970 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Vishera CPUs.

Does this mean that its not compatible or do i need a new motherboard? (This is my first time building a PC)

you wont have problems, thats an AM3+ ready mobo and a very good one. thats a nice build!. you should really spend 40$ for another 4gb stick! just 4gb wont get you far!
