Is this build WiFi compatible?

Solution
The parts are in no way incompatible with WiFi, but you would need a WiFi adapter. Either one that plugs in with USB or one that gets intalled with the motherboard.

Were you asking if that particular list would already get WiFi, or if there is something in it that would prevent it from getting WiFi once you add the WiFi hardware?

Hah. Thanks. Would a USB be compatible for any WiFi hotspot?

99% yes. Remember, there are multiple WiFi standards and the hotspot and your device must support at least one matching standard. In theory, you could have a new adapter that supports only recent standards, and miss an old hotspot with only old standards. But this is really unlikely.

USB vs. motherboard solution: No difference. The motherboard solution will also be supporting a subset of the standards. Was that the question you meant - is installed any better than USB? Not, it is not. Unless you hate the sight of that USB dongle sticking out.
