I will make an upgrade in december or october and I would like to know if these parts are compatible. I thinked about this build. Want to ask people more skilled than me. My budget is ~1050-1000 euros and i would like to catch the best sales, so I am wondering I'll can buy these:

(sorry for my bad english if I am writing some word incorrectly or if my exprimate is not that well)

-Intel i5 9600K (I really want to OC it at 5GHz => cooler choosing problems)

-GIGABYTE Z390 M Gaming (I chose this one cause I need a mATX because of the case; I heard that the Z390 are the best at OC so here I am)

-Deepcool DA700 80+ Bro9nze 700W (I won't risk a 650W at 5GHz overclock)

-GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 2070 GAMING GDDR6 256-bit (I wish that this GPU to be more cheaper until the end of the year and then to get a good sale)

-Cooler CPU ARCTIC AC Freezer 33 Plus ( I don't think this cooler will make a good job but I think it is the best for its price, and I would not like to buy a watercooling system or an AIO. I saw it does a good job on intel's i5 6600k overclocked CPU and other 4.5GHz or 4.6)

- Corsair Vengeance LPX Black 16GB DDR4 3000MHz CL16 Dual Channel Kit

And now my components who wil probably remain when I'll buy the PC parts above:

-Zalman ZM-T3 mATX
-HDD WD Caviar Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 64mb SATA 3
-SSD KINGSTON A400 120GB SATA 3 SA400S377120G

Solution
Processor and Motherboard are great choices. However if your mindset is to hit 5GHZ then I'd recommend an AIO. Any reason why you don't want one?

Other parts are fine. However any 750W PSU would do the job from Corsair or EVGA.

I don't want to buy AMD's products because I don't really like this manufacturer...don't know exactly why but I simply don't like AMD but with the intel's 10nm technology...I can think about this, ty
