Is a 144Hz monitor worth it? I don't think so - I've never been able to see any worthwhile difference between 60Hz and 144Hz monitors side-by-side; I'd personally pick up a good IPS panel with a decent response time. I think it would be a much better choice than even a fast TN monitor.

A GTX 970 will crush Skyrim at 1080p. I have a 980 myself which isn't necessarily that much more powerful, and I run my own modded version of Skyrim smoothly at 4K.

Just a heads-up, Corsair does sell two-packs of their new(er) fans if you actually plan on packing that many fans into your case. They should save you a bit of money.

Looks good, could take a 700w psu without breaking a sweat, question is is it worth it to you? Don't spend best part of 2k if you're unsure, you can always add more components later if you get the building bug. I have no personal experience with 144hz monitors, but anything I have seen online regarding them has been positive, even more so when Nvidia g-sync comes into play.

Thanks for The Input Guys i was Just Checking But i have a 60hz 1920X1080 32" T.v that i think Will Play the games well. Also as for the Amount of Fans im getting Im replacing the Case fans and The Fans That come With the H100i With the AF120s

Unless you're doing heavy photoshop/illustrator type work (memory hungry apps), 16gb ram is overkill and 8gb would suffice just fine. Unless you're planning to sli the graphics card, 850w may be a bit overkill and you could save some money there. Use the money saved from those two things and get a 240/256gb ssd (they perform better than their 120gb counterparts).

Like was stated earlier, corsair fans do come in 2 packs. If you're replacing the stock fans on a clc/aio cooler, you'll be better off using sp120's from corsair, not the af120's. Sp's are designed to provide static pressure which is what you want for a radiator. Airflow style fans are better used for unrestricted open air environments like side intakes or exhaust fans. Using af120's on a radiator, even at full speed you'll get all the noise of max rpm's and cfm will likely be in the low 20's. If you're replacing the front intake fans on the case and they have to blow air past hard drive cages, sp's would be a better solution there as well.
