I m planning to buy these components

Cpu fx 6300
Gpu sapphire radeon r9 280x dual X 3gb
Mobo MSI 970A-G43
Psu? ? (plz suggest me a good but cheap psu which haddle the radeon r9 280x)
Ram 8 gb corsair vengeance (2*4gb)

If you're planning on playing those games, maybe consider a GTX 770.

For the motherboard, consider getting a gigabyte 970 UD3P.

For PSU, you should get an XFX 550w.

Assassin's creed and watch dogs are more optimized for nVidia. If it's out of your price range, don't worry about it. The 280x would still do fine.
