Hi guys , so I want to bulid pc and I was asking if it's legit or not
Here we go

CPU: AMD FX-9370 4.40 GHz (4.7 GHz Turbo)

MEMORY: 16GB (8GBx2) DDR3/2133MHz

MOTHERBOARD: GIGABYTE 990FXA-UD3

VIDEO: AMD Radeon R9 280 3GB GDDR5

POWERSUPPLY: 800 Watts ( for crossfire )

hopefully its a decent 800watt power supply. otherwise i dont see any problems really.

i personally try to lean people towards intel these days. gaming performance is better for about the same price range as the fx-9370

Sorry to say that if that mobo is revision 1.0 it does not support the Fx 9370. With a 125 watt processor 800 watts is recommended for 2 r9 260's in Crossfire. But with a 220watt cpu you may be looking at 900 watts.
Yes you need a good quality PSU.

If you are mainly gaming drop the fx and get an i5. Also 8gb is good for gaming. What's the make and model of the psu?
