Question Is this cable ok for my psu?

I have a 10A 250V~ cable. Is it ok to use this for a power supply that's rated 100V-240V/10A-5A?

It's a corsair CX650M 80+ bronze unit

Edit: No power cable was included so the cable I want to use is from an old system.
