I'm working to upgrade my computer and this gpu is what I want in terms of what games it will be able to play, but is it a good deal?

The 1060 is a great midrange card and the Ass Dual are usually some of the most inexpensive products. I think it is a good buy. The 1060 6gb is a 1080p/60fps card for modern AAA games at high to ultra settings. It is perfect for pc gaming. The RX 580 is another good choice that has similar performance and will make more sense if you have a free sync monitor.
