Solution
You need to consider the fact that the GeForce 8800GT was high-end in 2007 and as of 2011, it became the minimum required card for some AAA games. Now some games in 2014 are beginning to require the GTX 460, which was released only four years ago. The general rule of thumb is to upgrade to the latest mid-range card every 2-3 years so that you can keep up to date with the latest tech, such as DirectX 12. An R7-260X is a good place to start and it should last you a few years until you need to upgrade again. In my case, for example, I started out with an HD 6770 and two years later, upgraded to a GTX 660, then plan to get a GTX 860, then a GTX 1060, and so on.

No card will last until 2020 with the newest games. However, I would suggest that of your selection, the 7770 oc is the best

You might be able to play every game till 2020 on any of those cards. At the moment they should be ok for medium-high 1080p. Who knows what's going to happen next year, but definately by the year 2016 you are looking at low-medium settings. Later on the lowest possible, and by the year 2020 im guessing 800x600 resolution, everything off, very low settings(if that). Its like playing today's crysis 3 or bf4 on geforce fx5600 256mb.
