Should be, but I would revise some of your parts:
1. You won't be able to overclock that processor so buying a cooler is unnecessary, the stock fan will work perfectly well.
2. You are way overpaying for that 380. You can get it for $173 ($153 after rebate) here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150732

Alright thank you. I live in Australia so I can't buy from new egg.
Shouldn't I buy a CPU cooler to keep it extra cool or the stock cooler should do the job?

Stock cooler will do the job nicely. Get a SSD for the OS instead, or if you can spend a little more I would take the money from the hard drive and cooler and put it into a big SSD for ultra-fast boot/load times: http://au.pcpartpicker.com/part/ocz-internal-hard-drive-trn10025sat3480g

Ok thank you for your answer. Now that I don't need another fan will buy a 1tb hard drive plus a San disk 128gb ssd
